- to support the EMS during a mass casualty incident with many injured or diseased persons
(e.g. a severe traffic accident or a food poisoning in a residential home for the elderly)
- disaster relief (in principle the same, only one level higher)
- medical service at fairs, motorsport events or similar festivities
- and much more...
It corresponds to the medical group
of one DRK-Einsatzeinheit.
It is also the medical component of the federal disaster relief for the County of Neumarkt.
