Rules for authorized absence at official events

Sickness
If you are sick, you need a learning-inability-certificate.
At Bereitschaft SanZug normally you train only and do not work physically.

Vacation
If vacation and training come together, you have to apply for a leave individually in written form. At long-term training dates you have to adjust the vacation planning to the training schedule.

Job
Should the participation not be possible because of job-related reasons, you have to deliver a validation of your employer respectively to apply for it in advance.

Private matters
On presentation of the respective certification an apology is accepted:
  • case of death in the family
  • marriage in the family
  • official summoning (at court etc.)

Training courses
As long as they are originate from Bereitschaft SanZug.

Particular cases
For particular cases can be stated a certificate of exemption after written application.

Administrative suspension
An administrative suspension is only possible in an exceptional case and has to be authorized by the District Office.

Because these rules should serve to a mutual, primarily to a just service engagement, no exeption can be made.

Every member has to fulfill at last 80 hours a year. To that come service hours.
Because there are relativly few hours in action, at least the training hours rate of 80 hours has to be reached. In case of shortfall you have to render a substitution service.
Hours at other units can only be recognized, if they are coordinated with the unit leader.

These rules are subject to all indemnified members of disaster relief stationed at Bereitschaft SanZug.
